USERS REGISTRY & PERMISSIONS

In every Claim different subjects operate in various roles. Their references must be swiftly available online, without having to insert them again every time. On the XClaim Port's database you can permanently register the players organised in 4 categories:

• Adjuster's Handler
• Underwriters
• Brokers
• Surveyors

By this panel you can activate unlimited users authorizing them to access the XClaim Port extranet Service.
However users are not all the same!
The software permits you to assign personalized access permissions to each one, so that every User can only do the allowed operations. Therefore the claim adjuster Handler will access any data, and he will be authorized to use avery function. The Insurance Company or Broker will have access and writing rights limited only to the Claims that belong to them.

XClaim Port is multi languages: when an user access the Service, the system recognises his account and provides the graphic interface in the correct language.

Policies, Claims & Surveys features

For the most part of Claims' descriptive parameters they use standard terms. So by XClaim Port you have as many as 9 different features, in which you can set the kind you want by yourself:

• Documents: insurance certificate, freight invoice, arrival notice, subrogation form, consignment note, delivery note, loading borderau, CMR, ...
• Goods: clothes, alcoholics, foodstuff, live animals, sports articles, motor cars, coffee, coal, meat, paper, cereals, timber, computer, flours, fruit, oil, ...

• Policy: all risks, named peril, truck cargo, marine cargo, open cargo, contingent cargo, ...
• Currency: Euro, GBP, USD, etc....
